We understand that travel plans can change. Below is our cancellation and refund structure for bookings made at Birla Dharamshala Ayodhya.
0 - 2 Days before Check-in: No Refund (100% Cancellation Charge).
3 - 7 Days before Check-in: 50% Refund of the total booking amount.
7 Days or more before Check-in: 90% Refund (10% deduction as processing fee).
Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment (UPI/Bank Transfer).
Please allow 5-7 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account.
In case of natural calamities, government lockdowns, or unavoidable circumstances where the Dharamshala cannot operate, we may offer a full refund or a free date change for your booking.
